Conference Registration

The early bird registration deadline is being extended to March 20, 2015. **The event will end promptly at Noon, on Sunday.

We encourage all participants to register by the deadline. Onsite registration will open at 7 a.m., on Saturday, in the atrium of the Butler Carlton Civil Engineering Building.

Registration Fees

$60 - Early-Bird Registration Fee (before March 20, 2015)
$30 - Early-Bird Student Registration Fee (before March 20, 2015)

$80 - Regular Registration Fee (after March 20, 2015)
$40 - Regular Student Registration Fee (after March 20, 2015)

The conference registration fee includes:

• Welcome social reservation on Friday evening
• Multiple Coffee Breaks
• Banquet on Saturday Evening
• Conference Materials
• Admission to All Technical Talks

Meals are not included in the registration fees. Meals will be on your own, but all of the conference hotels provide a complimentary breakfast. There are several dining options in the Havener Center, as well as in and around Rolla. Please ask any of the conference staff for local recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

• March 21, 2015 – March 30, 2015 …………………………50% Cancellation Fee
• After March 30, 2015………………………………………..No Refund
