Travel Information

USA Express Airport Shuttle Service is not offering any discount for the conference. The most convenient and cheapest way to come to Rolla from the St. Louis airport is to rent a car at the airport and drive to Rolla. The participants are also encouraged to drive from the hotels to the campus. The parking on campus is free during the weekend. Please see the link on the right of this webpage for the parking lot map. If you need the shuttle service between your hotel and the campus, please email wigintonm@mst.edu and cc siamcentral@mst.edu to let us know about your hotel. We will schedule a shuttle van for you between 7am and 8am in the mornings of April 11 and 12 as well as after the banquet on April 11.

A local shuttle has been arranged for transporting participants to and from the conference. Times for pick-up in the mornings are as follows:

• Hampton Inn and Drury Inn between 7:20-7:25 am on both Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12.
• Holiday Inn and Comfort Suites between 7:45-7:50am on both Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12.
• Pick up the participants at Havener center after the banquet on Saturday, April 11.
